How much does delivery cost?

We offer FREE delivery anywhere in mainland UK. Charges may apply for some remote areas.

What areas do you deliver to?

We offer delivery services throughout the United Kingdom, unfortunately we aren't currently able to offer delivery to the EU and rest of the world.

What is the furniture made from?

The pieces are made from MDF which is an engineered wood. It's smooth, consistent finish and affordability make it the ideal material for producing high quality pieces with contemporary design features at an accessible price.

Does the furniture require assembly?

Yes, the pieces are designed to be simple to construct and full instructions are included with each style. If you have any questions about assembly please get in touch with our team and we will be happy to help.

Please note: furniture may be delivered in multiple boxes which will be labelled with the box number and style name. Please check that you have all the boxes on delivery.

Can I cancel an order?

If we have not yet shipped your order we may be able to cancel it, please get in touch as soon as possible after placing the order to request this.

Can I return an item once I receive it?

You may request a refund or an exchange on any item purchased via our website within 30 days from the date of delivery. Furniture cannot be returned once it has been assembled. For more information please see our returns and exchanges page.

How can I clean the furniture?

We recommend you simply clean the surface with a soft cloth and avoid using strong chemicals to maintain the finish.
